Like many of you I have set new goals for 2008. Among them is to lose some weight and get in better shape. When I was talking with old pal Frank this morning I suggested this saying, “I hope not to be so fat and ugly”. Frank suggested that I may accomplish the weight loss but I would still be ugly. Sure is good to have friends. All in all I am making plans for the year. One of the first things big game hunters must do is decide where we want to hunt and if that includes out of state. It is a good idea to make note of when the applications must be in. The easiest way to access information is to tap into www.huntinfo.org sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation. Not only will this site direct you to all hunt application information but it will also give you where to shoot information and a whole lot more. Trust me, it’s a good one to add to your favorites list. As I study all of the things I would like to do this year the reality sets in that time and money won’t allow for the full list. I do know for sure that I intend to spend some time in September attempting to fire a broad head from my Mathews Bow into a big old bull elk and then the week of Thanksgiving rattling in a record book whitetail buck. Of course there are fish to be caught, golf to be played and don’t forget upland bird hunting and waterfowl not for a moment to forget the lady of the house who may have her own ideas of how to spend time. Oh yes, then there is work. It’s a good time to set your priorities and a good time to make sure your expensive equipment is protected. Give us a call today and talk about your new TruckVault.
