NO TV - NO VIDEO GAMES Looking to have a really good day? Well then grab some kids, your kids, your grand kids, somebody else’s kids and share with them your own enjoyment of shooting, fishing, hiking or what ever. This past weekend my Grandkids were here. There was no TV, no video games and no complaining. When it was all said and done we were all to tired to complain, but did we have a good time? You bet. These kids, like most, are eager to learn - especially if they are having fun. With arrows and B-B’s we shot charging rhino’s, packs of killer wolves, yellow-eyed grizzly bears and fierce lions.
Eleven year old Ivy is an excellent shot with the B-B Gun and bow, this summer she will move up to 22 rifles and small bore shotguns. We also have planned a fly fishing float trip with famed Montana river guide Ed Lawrence. What I find really amazing is how 5 year old Wilson can fire arrows from the bow, and with a great degree of accuracy. Just hand the kid the bow and arrows and he does the rest. Wow! Anyway, quit staring at your computer, grab some kids and go have some fun. Oh yes, don’t forget to secure your valuable possessions in your TruckVault.
