YOU OWE MY DAD A MILLION DOLLARS!

Just last night my pal Ralph and I were shooting our bows. Keeping us company and shooting the 12 lb pull Mathew Bow were Ralph’s Kids.  After the kids shot for a half an hour Ralph and I got serious with the grown up bows.  Of course we enjoy good natured competition.  I hung a 16 ounce drinking cup up in front of the target and we proceeded to shoot at it from 40 yards away.  Several times we thought the cup had been hit but discovered it had simply been moved by the fletching.  The friendly banter suggested that who ever should hit the cup first would be paid by the other $1,000,000 dollars.  Sure enough Ralph was first to hit the cup, his daughter jumped up and down and was quite happy that her dad had just won a million. She promptly named off a list of things she wanted to buy with the money.  I had to explain that I did not have a million and that it was only friendly talk.  I could see she was disappointed. I was disappointed too, I wanted Ralph’s Million.
