Hunting year around! Opportunities are where you find them, and I have developed quite a passion for hunting crows. When you think about hunting from a blind with your decoys out, your call in your hand, your dog by your side you typically think.. DUCKS... Nope, not in the spring and summer. Its crow hunting and its a blast.

In Washington state crow season typically runs from October 1st to January 31 or (and it's a big old OR) depredating crows can be hunted. Fish & Game people agree that crows are always depredating. So, if you are longing for an outing with your dog and your shotgun don't overlook crow hunting. Check with your local farmer, most likely he will look at you strangely but say, "go ahead, have a blast."
