- Don arrived at TruckVault in August '07 as the Sales & Marketing Director after working with the company and CEO Al Chandler on a client basis. After college Don played 3 years of baseball professionally with the Cincinnati Reds, and then worked in the beer business most notably for K&L Distributors in Seattle, WA as a District Manager. A career shift brought Don into the outdoor industry where he remained for 8 years until coming to work for TruckVault. Don enjoys travel, golf, writing, photography, bird hunting and fishing. Don has been married to wife Deana for 5 years and has 4 great kids (2 boys, 2 girls) and a rambunctious 5-year old black lab named Drake.

- Tania Kahlor is the most recent addition to the TruckVault team. Hired in late September '08, Tania spent the last 9 years polishing her professional resume with a growing local company that had its fingers in both the national and international markets. Her parallel job functions at her former employer prepared Tania well, which made her the perfect fit for our expanded business model; joining the TruckVault management team as head of our newly created Smith & Wesson Licensed Products department. In Feb. '09 Tania expanded her management role at TruckVault taking over the responsibilities of the sales department. When not at work Tania is very busy in the community as well as at home. She is a den mom, a soccer mom & coach, and an active community organizer. Don't expect to see Tania idly standing around in her off time as she has 3 active children, 3 Valley Bulldogs, 1 death-defying fish, and a busy husband that all tend to keep her on the go!

- Lance Nelson joined the TruckVault team in August of '08 as our new Marketing and Graphics Mgr. Lance was raised in Washington and knew very early on what line of work he would be in when he was “older”. A graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle, Lance has spent the last 17 years as a graphic artist working in the print and internet media advertising field before recently joining the TruckVault team. When Lance isn’t working, he’s usually painting or tinkering with his classic motorcycles.

- Brittney worked at and managed a coffee stand for 3 years prior to joining the TruckVault team in October '07. Starting at the Receptionist position, Britt's advanced skill set and "fun" personality soon became evident and she quickly transitioned over to the Territory 2 Assistant position. Brittney continued to shine in her assistant role and in Feb. '09 was rewarded for her hard work and was tabbed as the new lead in Territory 1. Definitely a people person, Brit possesses great customer service skills and absolutely loves her job at TruckVault... and it shows. In her spare time you will find Brittney enjoying the outdoors and participating in a variety of recreational team sports in the community.

- Joyceann Sheridan, Territory Sales, Central (Zone 3)
- Born and raised here in Sedro Woolley, Joyceann came to us from the "stay at home mom" ranks back in 2004. Originally hired on in a receptionist role, Joyceann quickly rose in the TruckVault ranks to take over the Territory 2 manager position in late 2006. In addition to her territory duties, Joyceann works diligently in maintaining our assistant training manual and on other important sales system processes and functions within the team. Joyceann's hobbies include playing in a local pool league, Texas Hold-Em, playing video games with her kids and an occasional karaoke night. Joyce has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 10 years and they have 4 boys.

- Rick Zenk, Territory Sales, Northern East Coast (Zone 4)
- Rick Zenk joined the TruckVault crew as an outside, East Coast, salesperson in support of Territory 3 in 2007. Rick's solid 37 year career with the Pennsylvania State Police saw him climb the ranks from Trooper to Lieutenant to Captain before finally achieving the rank of Major which he held when he retired. Rick's desire to keep working plus his experience and knowledge of inner department function, the L&E market, as well as his proximity to some of TruckVaults top L&E dealers and customers on the East Coast made him the perfect candidate to fill our first outside territory sales position. In September '08 Rick completed Grant Writing classes where he will serve as our lead in that arena as TruckVault continues to look for ways to be of greater service to our dealers and customers. Rick lives and works out of his home in the Harrisburg, PA area and has been married to his wife Ruthann for 37 years. They have one daughter, Megan, and two rambunctious grandsons Benjamin and Logan.

- TruckVault Inc. is proud to introduce Mark Miller as our newest addition to our sales team. Mark has over 20 years of automotive sales experience, with the last 12 year as a General Sales Manager. His professional experience in customer service, marketing, and finance is a great addition to our team. Mark is a husband and father of four, two boys - Brantley and Conley, and two girls - Riley and Shealey . Their newest family member, Blaze, is a 3 mo old Yellow Labrador. Mark enjoys supporting his children’s sporting activities to include soccer, football, swimming, cross country and track. Mark was born in St. Helens , OR and currently resides in Arlington, WA. He also pursued a successful Amateur Boxing career in his youth. His hobbies include camping, hiking, whitewater rafting and a love for the outdoors.

- Shelli is one of our longest standing employees; starting with the company in 1997 when it relocated to Sedro Woolley. Shelli has seen it all and during her career at TruckVault has worn many hats. Shelli originally came to us from the ranks of the navy where she spent time in Washington D.C., NAS Whidbey Island here in Washington State and in Long Beach, CA. Shelli's career at TruckVault started, as many long term employees careers have at TruckVault, as our receptionist. She quickly advanced in sales while also serving stints working on our product specs and in our data processing department. About 6 years ago Shelli went to work in our production department and took over purchasing duties. In addition she was put in charge of freight coordination and also became our safety officer. In Feb. '09 Shelli came full circle with TruckVault and is now back in the sales department utilizing her vast TruckVault knowledge in support of our sales crew. Shelli always has a smile on her face and that will be evident to anyone who has the good fortune of speaking with her on the phone. She truly feels that she is blessed to work for a company that she stands firmly committed behind and looks forward to the future with great anticipation. Shelli was born and raised in the Skagit Valley and has two beautiful daughters and one especially beautiful granddaughter.

- Anders joined the TruckVault team 7/6/09 primarily to assist territory reps in a research and territory development role. Born in Sweden, Anders immigrated to the United States with his family and grew up in Bellingham, WA. He attended Washington State University and graduated in December ’08 with a degree in English. TruckVault is his first job post-college and he is excited about the possibilities the future holds for him here. Anders is an avid sports fan of football (Seahawks) and soccer (Sounders) who has also been skiing since he was 10. Anders also has two half sisters and is an uncle to 5 of their offspring. The big Swede is definitely a dog guy stating tongue in cheek that…”Cats aren’t your pet, you’re their waiter!” His family enjoys reunions on Lake Padden kayaking, with all munchkins in tow. Anders also enjoys sailing and comes from a long line of avid sailors, with his father having been a former racing sailboat helmsman who sailed across the Atlantic.

- Bob came to the TruckVault team in May '05 after a 14 year career in Aerospace. Bob brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to the table and most recently served as TruckVault's Sales Manager. In Feb. '09 Bob moved over to the production side of our business in a move designed to take advantage of his skills in purchasing and operations. Bob will continue to support the sales department through his D-Book and Auto CAD work. as TruckVault's Inside Sales Manager, directly overseeing the day to day sales floor function of the company. Additionally, Bob prepares many of TruckVault's preliminary AutoCad D-book drawings in support of the sales team. When not at work Bob enjoys playing on the TruckVault golf team, travel, scuba and working around the family home with best friend of 27 years, and wife of 3 years, Andrea.

- Matt joined the TruckVault team in January of 2008 and became our lead Engineer in February '09. Matt's studies at Western Washington University in the Vehicle Research Institute working on the Hybrid and Formula SAE teams made him a perfect fit for our team. Matt graduated from Western in August of 2007 with a BS in Industrial Technology and Vehicle Design. Another bonus of Matt's studies was that he met his wife Sarah in Physics lab. Outside of work Matt enjoys downhill skiing, playing the trumpet, mountain biking and working on his old Volkswagens.

- Mr. Chandler is a self-described "been there, done that" sort of guy. Al was born during World War II when kids played war games manning wooden machine guns and flying imaginary Hellcats into battle... but that was long ago. Since then life’s adventure has taken Al along a great path. Among other professions Al has been a gandy dancer for the railroad, a newspaper sports writer, an advertising salesman for both newspapers and television stations, a fishing and big game outfitter in Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness and then to becoming a building contractor first in Montana and later in Washington State. It was during his years as a contractor that Al came across his idea to secure his tools in his truck out of fear of theft. For Al, development of the TruckVault Company was more accidental than planned but this too has been a great ride. First working with sportsman from coast to coast and eventually with law enforcement and public safety individuals has proven to be the most enjoyable part of his trip along life’s path. He often says, “I have never worked with more enjoyable people in my life than I have with our TruckVault Clientele." Al is a devoted family man and has a wonderful wife, a daughter and son-in-law, and grandkids that he dotes over. When not working long hours at TruckVault Al can be found traveling all over the great state of Montana fishing and hunting with his devoted black lab Zack.

- Patricia Pienta was born and raised south of Buffalo, NY. She is one of 12 children and has one son herself. She moved to Washington State in 1998 with her husband, Daryl, when he was hired by Boeing. Patricia started at TruckVault in August of 2003 and knew this was the "right" job when she saw that dogs roamed the hallways and stray cats were cared for. Patricia has over 25 years experience in the accounting field and has a degree in Criminal Justice. She is an avid reader, is a true blue Buffalo Bills fan, loves her two golden retrievers (Midas & Delilah) and she considers TruckVault her West Coast family.

- Crystal joined the TruckVault team in 2006 as our Accounting Assistant. Her prior work as an Office Manager provided Crystal with the perfect working background in AP/AR and Human Resources as she filled her role here. In January 2008 the title of Human Resources Representative was added to Crystal's TruckVault resume, here she oversees the day to day HR needs of the company and our employees. In her spare time Crystal has 3 very active kids that keep her busy throughout the week. She also enjoys karaoke, cooking (as long as someone is cooking for her!) and comedies.

- Patrick joined the TruckVault team full-time in 2001 after 2 years as a part-time consultant. In preparation for TruckVault he attained a degree from Western Washington University and spent a number of years in software development. In the years immediately preceding his TruckVault employment he ran a web design company and established Skagit On-Line Services, the first internet service company in Skagit Valley, Washington. Patrick enjoys playing music and performing in community theater. He lives with his fiancee Belinda and two very active teenage boys.
